The 16-Story Office Tower Located in Preston Center

Heitman LLC, a global real estate investment management firm, recently awarded exclusive leasing and management of The Berkshire to Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development and investment firm. The 184,974 square-foot office tower, is located at 5950 Berkshire Lane in Dallas’ Preston Center submarket.

The 16-story office building was built in 1984 and is situated at the corner of Berkshire Lane and The Dallas North Tollway. The high-rise underwent a $2.8 million renovation in 2013 that included renovations to the main lobby, exterior and garages, as well as a state-of-the-art elevator touch screen operating system.

Ryan Evanich and Scott Sowanick of Stream will exclusively lease the Class-A building on behalf its owner, Heitman LLC.
